Sample Coordinator / Handler (6 Months) #HJOT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily sample requests and production orders
• Receive and process requests for fragrance samples, oils, and raw materials
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Sales, and Fragrance Development teams to ensure timely fulfilment of requests
• Create and manage production orders in SAP and related systems
• Support compounding, sampling, packing, and preparation of fragrance samples
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in SAP
• Manage expired stocks and coordinate movement of samples and inventory
• Ensure smooth daily laboratory and production operations through proper planning and coordination
• Prepare inventory and operational reports as required
• Guide, train, and mentor production technicians, contract staff, and interns on work processes and best practices
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and operational standards within the laboratory environment
• Support production planning and inventory management activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE A Levels or Diploma in Science or related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
