Senior/Counsellor - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family counselling
• Work closely with parents to develop effective strategies for supporting their children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals/agencies
• Conduct small and large group psycho-educational sessions on coping strategies
• Maintain case consultation records and proper documentation

Requirements:

• Relevant counselling qualification, recognised by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Empathy for children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural issues
• Resourceful and resilient
• Preferably at least three years of working experience with children and youths, and their families
