Senior/Executive (ESS), QARM - Part-Time

You will be a key member of the NHCS Quality Assurance& Risk Management (QARM) team, playing a vital role in supporting theEnsure Safer Systems (ESS), Credentialing and Privileging, and Risk Managementfunctions. You will coordinate initiatives, manage stakeholder communications,and ensure compliance with MOH standards, whilst maintaining credentialingrecords, facilitating internal assessments, and supporting patient safetyprogrammes. The role also involves providing secretariat and administrativesupport across all three functions, including committee coordination,minute-taking, and tracking of action items.

We are seeking a meticulous and driven individual whothrives in a dynamic environment and can balance competing demands withoutcompromising on quality. The ideal candidate will possess sharp analyticalthinking and clear communication skills, with the confidence to engageeffectively across all levels of the organisation from clinicians andcross-departmental colleagues to senior management. Sound judgement, diplomaticinterpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver results with minimal oversightwill be key to excelling in this role.

The selected candidate will be offered employment on2-year renewable contractual terms.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Biological Sciences, Applied Sciences, HealthcareAdministration, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare preferred but fresh graduates are welcome toapply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (M365) with advanced Excel skills beingadvantageous
• Strong interpersonal,analytical and organisational skills
