Staff Nurse / Enrolled Nurse / HCA (Flexible Adhoc Homecare & SOC) - Part-Time

Job Description:

• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients in homecare or SOC settings
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, toileting, feeding and changing diapers
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general condition
• Support patients with physical maintenance exercises and mobility assistance
• Set up meals and ensure patients’ comfort and safety
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Work closely with caregivers, family members and healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare-related discipline
• Valid SNB & BCLS
