⏰ Working Hours

🗓 Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
🗓 Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm
Rostered shifts may start at 7.00am or 7.30am on certain days (you'll finish earlier accordingly).

🌟 Your Responsibilities

✔ Welcome and register patients
✔ Schedule appointments and promote digital healthcare services
✔ Assist patients with self-service kiosks
✔ Manage patient flow and provide frontline customer service
✔ Respond to patient enquiries professionally
✔ Perform other administrative duties as assigned
