Temp Patient Service Associate (Hospital - Admissions) #HZO - Part-Time

Location: Queenstown
Salary: $11- $12/ hr
Duration: October 2026 to April 2027

Working hours: One weekday & Sunday off
Monday to Saturday: AM Shift: 830am to 530pm, PM Shift: 11am to 8pm

Job Scope:

• Provide bedside financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin on hospital charges, subsidies, payment options, and financial assistance schemes.
• Manage admissions, billing enquiries, payment collection, deposits, and transaction reconciliation while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Advise patients on national healthcare forms, process submissions to relevant authorities, maintain accurate SAP records, and ensure complete documentation and follow-up throughout the patient's admission journey.

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• Able to commit till April 2027
• Keen interest in healthcare industry
