Temporary GP Clinic Assistant (10-Week Commitment)

Commitment Period: 24 August to 31 October

Location: Near Sembawang MRT

Hourly Rate: $12 - $15/hr depending on experience and capabilities

Shift Schedule:

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Core Responsibilities:

• Register patients, manage GP clinic queues, and answer phone calls.
• Dispense medications accurately according to the doctor's orders.
• Have experience billing with CHAS, Medisave, HSG chronics and MBS.
• Handle billing and collect payments via cash, NETS, and credit cards.
• Assist Dr with procedures
• Perform ECG
• Arrange appointments for patients
• keep the clinic clean at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a Singapore GP clinic is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SGiMED Clinic Management Systems (CMS) and CHAS processing.
• Must be able to commit fully to the specified dates and shift hours.
