Therapist - Part-Time

Designation : Therapist

Experience : 3 years Minimum

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Locations : Ang Mo Kio/ Tanjong Katong /Hougang

Candidates should be willing to travel and be deployed across the above locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for assigned patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver direct patient care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress through periodic reassessments and treatment reviews.
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient care and family conferences.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Remain contactable via mobile phone during service hours.
• Support service delivery across multiple locations based on operational requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a Singapore restructured hospital or community hospital.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Flexible to work across different locations based on operational needs.
