Bellman And Concierge - Part-Time

The Bellman / Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, supporting arrival and departure procedures, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions. The role helps create a smooth, warm, and professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. Assist with luggage handling, transportation, storage, and delivery to guest rooms.

• Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities and services

• Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, functions, and local attractions

• Handle guest requests, messages, deliveries, and enquiries in a timely and courteous manner

• Coordinate transportation arrangements such as taxis, airport transfers, and luggage assistance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, driveway, elevators, and luggage storage area

• Support front office operations during peak periods, events, and guest arrivals/departures

• Monitor guest belongings and follow hotel security and safety procedures

• Communicate guest feedback, complaints, and special requests to the relevant departments.
