The Bellman / Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, supporting arrival and departure procedures, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions. The role helps create a smooth, warm, and professional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. Assist with luggage handling, transportation, storage, and delivery to guest rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities and services
Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, functions, and local attractions
Handle guest requests, messages, deliveries, and enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Coordinate transportation arrangements such as taxis, airport transfers, and luggage assistance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, driveway, elevators, and luggage storage area
Support front office operations during peak periods, events, and guest arrivals/departures
Monitor guest belongings and follow hotel security and safety procedures
Communicate guest feedback, complaints, and special requests to the relevant departments.
