Your Role on Our Journey

As a Lylo-appointed driver, the driver plays an important role in supporting the Operations Team by maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and a seamless guest experience to all Lylo Concierge clients. The role is responsible for executing rescue trips promptly, managing fleet coordination, and ensuring smooth daily transportation operations. Through effective communication, quick response to ad-hoc requirements, and adherence to top-notch service standards.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Provide professional and reliable limousine transportation services for all guests while representing Lylo’s service standards
• Execute assigned rescue trips promptly to support operational requirements and ensure guests are attended to without delays
• Coordinate and manage limousine fleet movements to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor driver deployment, availability, and trip status to support effective fleet allocation
• Assist operations team in managing last-minute changes, urgent requests, and ad-hoc transportation needs
• Communicate closely with Lylo operations team and relevant stakeholders on trip updates, delays, incidents, and operational matter
• Support drivers on-site by providing guidance and coordination when required
• Ensure all trips are executed safely and according to Lylo operational procedures
• Maintain accurate records of trip activities, driver movements, and operational updates when required
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure assigned vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for service
• Handle guests professionally while maintaining confidentiality and respecting guest privacy
• Assist with continuous improvement of fleet operations by highlighting issues, feedback, and areas for improvement to the operations team

What Makes You A Perfect Fit

• Minimum 2 years of Class 3Adriving experience, with no accident for the past 2 years, with strong knowledge of Singapore roads and routes
• Possess excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, comfort, and smooth driving experience for guests
• Able to handle urgent and last-minute rescue trips in a calm and professional manner
• Able to coordinate and support limousine fleet operations effectively
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and ability to work independently
• Able to commit flexible working hours, including midnight and rotational shifts when required
• Able to respond quickly and adapt to changes in operational requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers, operations team, and relevant stakeholders
• Good organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Punctual, reliable, and safety conscious
• Comfortable with handling VIP guests and maintaining high service standards
• Well-presented and able to adhere to limousine attire standards
