Tour Guide - Part-Time

Love meeting new people and sharing Singapore's stories? We're looking for enthusiastic, licensed freelance Tour Guides to deliver engaging guided tours and create enjoyable experiences for visitors.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct guided tours of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Lead and manage walking tour groups of 5 to 30 visitors.
• Facilitate interactive elements such as games and multimedia stations and assist the visitors with difficulties.
• Monitor crowd movement, maintain order, and ensure visitor safety.
• Encourage completion of the customer feedback survey at the end of the tour.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level passes (Grades A1 to C6).
• Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) License
• Relevant experience in homeland security-related industries and/or conducting guided tours at museums, heritage attractions, or places of interest in Singapore.
• Professionally proficient in spoken English and at least another mother tongue language (spoken).
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and public speaking skills.

Working hours:

• Tue to Fri: 10.00 am - 5.30 pm
• Sat: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
