1 Year Contract HR Executive, Talent Acquisition (Healthcare) #HJO - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and attract quality candidates through various recruitment channels, job portals, and talent networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent identification.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements and competency frameworks.
• Engage and build relationships with both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support and market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Support recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and other talent acquisition activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or talent sourcing.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
