1 Year Contract Human Resource Generalist $4.3K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR advisory.
• Handle work pass administration, renewals, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
• Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and exit interviews.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, focus groups, and wellbeing activities.
• Assist with performance management processes, including probation, confirmation, appraisals, increments, and bonuses.
• Prepare HR reports, process invoices and purchase orders, and maintain HR documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• 2 years of relevant working experience as a HR generalist.
• Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements.
• Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy.
