1 Year HR Assistant - Learning & Development (Up To $2600) #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Jurong East

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6

Salary: Up to $2600

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registrations and renewals
• Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation and filing of supporting documents
• Assist with internship applications and coordination with local institutions
• Support tracking and maintenance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning hours
• Maintain accurate learning and training records in line with Singapore regulatory requirements
• Prepare documentation to support compliance readiness and internal / external audits
• Coordinate training administration, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and stakeholder communications
• Compile and standardise ASEAN Learning & Development documentation and records
• Support the setup and administration of regional training request and registration platforms (e.g. similar to K Net, LMS, etc.)
• Assist with streamlining and automation of selected L&D workflows
• Perform L&D data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Support ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support, or regulatory coordination will be added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
