12 Months HR Executive (Insurance)- $4-5K #BYR - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to grow and strengthen the sales force.
• Set recruitment targets, track performance, and drive initiatives to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support the recruitment of new agency leaders, wealth managers, and experienced financial consultants.
• Partner with the Business Development team to execute recruitment campaigns and monitor results.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events, roadshows, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Training team to support the onboarding and development of new sales hires.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies for different talent segments, including experienced advisors, mid-career professionals, fresh graduates, and industry switchers.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a sales, recruitment, or sales support role within the insurance or financial advisory industry is an advantage.
• Resourceful with knowledge of industry funding and financing schemes.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
