12 Months HR Support Analyst Insurance Up To $4890 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months contract

Salary: Up to $4890 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Mainly to support checking of documentation of background checks and insurance certificates
• Establish recruitment goals and introduce measurements to determine key success factors
• Formulate and drive initiatives for existing leaders to sustain and increase the agency strength
• Recruitment growth for organic and inorganic new leaders and wealth managers
• Working with the business development team to deliver and track success of the group
• Organise and execute recruitment activities
• Working with training department to develop and improve performance for new sales force
• To provide clear strategy for different segmentation of potential recruits

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field with HR support experience (preferably in insurance industry)
