1-Year Contract TA Manager / Assistant TA Manager (12 Months) #JTL - Part-Time

• Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
• Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
• Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisation with high volume of recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills and possess the ability to engage candidates of all levels of seniority
