3 Months Temp HR Assistant ($12) #HJOT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Support compensation operations through payment processing and billing administration
• Assist with administrative coordination and workflow management for the medical team
• Manage, organise, and validate large datasets accurately
• Prepare reports, trackers, and payment-related documentation
• Check data for discrepancies, errors, and unusual trends
• Support billing and financial processing to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Use Excel to improve workflows and streamline recurring administrative tasks
• Assist in process improvement initiatives using Excel or automation tools where applicable
• Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• Good with data handling, reporting, and analysis
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills and able to manage repetitive tasks accurately
• Prior HR, finance, payroll, or compensation administration experience preferred
