6 Months Senior HRBP / Regional HR Generalist (SEA) Up To $12000 #TNKC - Part-Time

Location: Esplanade

Duration: 6 months contract

Salary: Up to $12000

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and senior leaders across Singapore and Southeast Asia to provide HR advisory on performance management, leadership coaching, organisational development, employee relations and HR policies.
• Support business strategies and drive HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals across multiple entities.
• Lead and support regional HR projects, change management initiatives and process improvements, including Workday enhancements.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams on leadership development, diversity & inclusion, total rewards and talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop, implement and review HR solutions, policies and processes while mitigating organisational risks.
• Support the design and rollout of company-wide HR programmes and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while partnering with stakeholders across the region.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably within a large multinational environment.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational development and change management.
• Experience leading HR projects and implementing HR initiatives across complex organisations.
• Familiarity with employment laws, labour relations and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.
