6 Months Talent & Development HR Banking Up To $3500 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Tan Kah Kee MRT

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

On days where there are trainings – need to start 8AM to 5.30PM M-T and 8AM to 4PM on Fri

Salary: Up to $3500 + 0.5 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of bank-wide learning programmes, including coordinating schedules, stakeholders, vendors, logistics, and training facilities.
• Prepare programme communications such as emailers, announcements, and campaign materials, while driving participant engagement and supporting campaign tracking.
• Track programme attendance, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage programme data using Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, mail merge).
• Support the daily operations of learning spaces to ensure facilities are well-prepared for trainings and programme delivery.
• Perform administrative duties, data analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR/Banking or any relevant field
• Must be comfortable and confident in using MS Excel daily at work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and/or VLOOKUP data tracking)
• Familiar with mail merge and basic communications tools will be advantageous
• Relevant experience in programme management will be advantageous
