9 Months Contract Project Delivery Executive $7K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of project cutover activities and country go-live deployments across the APAC region.
• Track project milestones, monitor cutover tasks and liaise with country stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate post go-live hypercare activities, including meetings, issue tracking and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
• Manage system incidents, defects and enhancement requests by coordinating with vendors, technical teams and business users to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor ticket status, service levels and escalation activities while maintaining issue logs and providing regular project updates.
• Analyse incidents, support tickets and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare project dashboards, KPI reports and management reports to support governance and operational performance.
• Coordinate device firmware upgrade activities across APAC locations, including deployment tracking and issue resolution.
• Support Internal Control System (ICS) activities by coordinating with country teams to ensure compliance and timely completion of action items.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR projects, HR system implementation, HRIS deployment or regional project rollouts.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, system migration or process improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
