9 Months Senior Executive/ Manager , Human Resource Implementation #HYS - Part-Time

Duties

• Facilitating the transition of HR records and processes from legacy systems in the Ministry of Health (MOH), National Centre for Infectious Disease (NCID), and Health Promotion Board (HPB) to the new Cumulus HR IT system for the new CDA set up.
• working closely with the CDA HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient migration to and adoption of the Cumulus system.
• support the CDA HR team in arranging meetings, perform electronic filing and other administrative matters required in the development of CDA scheme of services.
• Data Management and Reconciliation
• System Requirement Gathering
• Data Pipeline Development
• User Testing
• Change Management for Cumulus System
• Any other requirements related to Cumulus project

Requirements

• Minimally degree in human Resources, Psychology, IT or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years track record of effectively working with Human Resources Operations or Customer Service delivery and strategy
• Experience in data migration and system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
