Reporting to Snr HRM

We have a requirement for a 9-month contract for 1 person to assist with our current project, which is a Time and Attendance system that isbeing rolled out across our APAC (12) countries. The role is based in Singaporein our office at 1 Greenwich Drive. The requirement is immediate and we hope to onboard the person as soon as possible. Key responsibilities are indicated below.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Cutover Activities Coordination

• Support preparation of cutover plans for country deployments and go-live activities across APAC countries
• Coordinate and track cutover activities.
• Follow up with project team members and country stakeholders to ensure timely completion of cutover tasks.

1. Hypercare & Support Management

• Coordinate hyper care activities following country go-live.
• Facilitate daily and weekly hyper care meetings with country teams and key stakeholders.
• Track and monitor open issues, action items, and support requests during the hyper care period.
• Ensure smooth transition from hyper care support to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.

1. Incident & Ticket Management

• Coordinate the logging and tracking of system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
• Liaise with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
• Monitor ticket ageing, escalation status, and service levels.
• Maintain issue logs and provide regular status updates to project leadership.

1. Reporting & Analysis

• Analyse support tickets, incidents, and deployment-related issues to identify trends and recurring problems.
• Develop and maintain APAC-wide dashboard to track operational KPIs and insights on system performance, operational issues, and adoption metrics.
• Prepare compliance, governance, and management reporting for leadership review.

1. Device Firmware Upgrade Coordination (TBC)

• Support planning and coordination of device firmware upgrades across APAC locations.
• Monitor deployment progress and track completion of upgrade activities.
• Coordinate with local country teams and technical support teams to resolve device-related issues.
• Maintain device inventory and upgrade status reporting where required.

1. Internal Control System (ICS) Support

• Support monitoring and follow-up of Internal Control System (ICS) requirements across countries within APAC.
• Coordinate with country representatives to ensure timely completion of ICS activities and action items.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree with 3-5 years of HR project/ system implementation/ project rollout
• Analytical
• No hybrid work arrangement
• TEAM player (headcount: HR team 8)
