Assistant Human Resource Manager - Part-Time

The Assistant HR Manager will assist the Human Resource Manager in various human resources functions within the organisation. This includes but is not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws.

The Assistant HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive work culture, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the overall strategic organisational goals.

Com & Ben

• Responsible for a spectrum of HR functions which includes compensation & benefits, performance management,
• Manage the performance management process, twice-yearly performance reviews, including salary benchmarking
• Assist in talent retention and crafting competitive strategies concerning compensation and benefits
• Lead in annual manpower budgeting.
• Conduct Com and benefits reviews to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity within the Group.
• Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, conduct research and propose competitive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Work with external stakeholders such as NCSS on consultancy project

Training & OD

• Implement and execute training plans and conduct training as well as post-training evaluations.
• Talent acquisition & management and learning and development
• Work with external stakeholders, such as NCSS, on HR consultancy project

Performance Management & Development:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop Individual Career Plans (ICPs) for employees.
• Strategies implementation of organisational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

· Min 5 years of working experience in HR Development & Management

· Experience in the social service sector is crucial

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management

· Good attitude, strong communication, interpersonal and a team player
