Assistant Manager [Talent Acquisition/School] - Part-Time

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Schedule: Office hours
• Salary: Up to $7,000 per month (+ 1 month completion bonus)
• Duration: 1 year (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers.
• Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities with the school.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence.
• Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience in shared services is an advantage
