Assistant Manager/Manager (L&D, 6 Months) - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development professional to shape impactful learning programmes, optimise training systems, and support workforce capability building.

• Up to $5,000 per month
• 6-month contract
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm
• Central Area

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver learning and training initiatives, including Work-Study programmes, blended learning solutions, and workforce capability development.
• Drive learning innovation through learning analytics, digital platforms, system enhancements, and technology-enabled training solutions.
• Support research, policy reviews, and benchmarking by analysing data, implementing evaluation frameworks, and identifying best practices to improve programme effectiveness.
• Manage quality assurance and project delivery, including accreditation, workplace certification, curriculum optimisation, resource planning, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead cross-functional projects, knowledge exchange programmes, and organisation-wide learning and capability-building initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sport, Sport Management, Social Science, Learning & Development, Coaching, Education and Instructional Design and any relevant studies with 5 years' of L&D experience.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing policies and programmes.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative efforts by building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
