Content & Communications Manager - Part-Time

We are looking for a Content & Communications Manager to develop and deliver engaging content that supports organisational initiatives and strengthens employee engagement.

You will plan content, manage communication campaigns, organise community activities, and work closely with stakeholders to drive awareness and participation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content and communication plans.
• Create and manage a content calendar for campaigns and engagement activities.
• Produce clear and engaging content for different internal audiences.
• Maintain a consistent tone and messaging across communication channels.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to support events, workshops, hackathons and community programmes.
• Keep up to date with content and digital communication best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in content, communications, marketing, engagement, or a related role.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience planning and executing communication campaigns or content strategies.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects independently.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, content management systems and analytics platforms.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Governance is a plus.
