Contract HR Business Partner - Pharma / WEST #HHL - Part-Time

📍 Location: Tuas (islandwide pickup)
💰 Salary: Up to $7,000
📍 6 Months Contract (Extendable)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on HR advisory and employee relations matters
• Manage grievance handling, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations
• Support compensation & benefits, annual salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
• Advise on Singapore Employment Act, labour regulations, and union-related matters
• Utilise Workday HRIS for HR operations, reporting, and employee data management
• Drive HR communications, policy implementation, and process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Min. 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, employee relations, and labour regulations
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards preferred
• Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
