HR & Payroll Executive (4-Month Contract Maternity Cover) - Part-Time

Location: Tiong Bahru (Near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000

4 Month Contract Position: September 2026 to December 2026 (Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with the outsourced payroll vendor for approximately 150 employees.
• Gather and verify payroll information to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
• Administer leave, medical benefits, and employee records.
• Respond to HR and payroll-related enquiries from clients.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR and payroll administration experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
• Experience coordinating payroll and liaising with payroll vendors is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
