About the Role

We are hiring a Temp HR Assistant to support a high-volume offboarding and transfer administration team. This role helps to reduce administrative load so the core HR team can focus on complex case management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR offboarding and transfer processing for centrally employed staff
Assist with employee queries on end-of-contract, resignation, and transfer matters
Coordinate repatriation flight arrangements with staff and travel agents
Handle administrative documentation (P-files, leave records, claims, salary and contract data)
Verify staff data for payroll accuracy, housing eligibility, and work pass compliance
Support processing of reimbursements, cheque requests, and insurance claims
Assist with tracking and reconciliation of high-volume staff movements and mid-month transfers
Perform general HR administrative and data verification tasks
