HR Assistant - Part-Time

• Location: Woodlands
• Work Timing: Office Hours
• Salary: $2,760 - $2,900 per month
• Duration: July 2026 - Jan 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling basic staff inquiries on welfare and benefits.
• Maintaining staff records and processing staff welfare orders/disbursements.
• Processed customised cards and messages for occasions such as get-well wishes, newborn celebrations, marriages, condolences, and retirements.
• Collating content and preparing the monthly HR Publication
• Supporting coordination of engagement, volunteer, and welfare activities, including vendor liaison, eDM creation, event logistics, and feedback collection.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a diploma in Human Resources Management or any related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with HR Information System or Workday is an advantage
