The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a MNC environment in the eyewear retail industry 
• Office Location: Central East 
• Salary: Up to $3800
• 12 months; 1 year contract (renewable subjected to performance)  
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm

The Talent

• Min Diploma in Business / HR or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of administration experience 
• Right attitude to collaborate with different parties to complete task while remaining confidential.

Job Description

• Onboarding new employees from the moment received signed employment contract from HRBP/Recruiter
• Off-boarding existing employees from the moment received instructions from HRBP
• HR Administrative & Reporting on HR related systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Insurance & Medical Benefit Admin, Employee Shares Portal Admin, Government Surveys, Benefits Admin etc)
• Helpdesk for Employees: HR Systems Ticketing raising and following through, preparing HR Letters for employees and answer HR Queries
