HR Employee Support & Advisory (Banking Contract 12 Months) - Part-Time

Position: HR Employee Support & Advisory Executive

Location: Raffles

Salary: Up to $8200/Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare employment documentation and oversee onboarding activities.
• Manage employee declarations, screenings, benefits, and record management.
• Handle activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers.
• Drive service improvements and contribute to Digital Transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
• Manage staff movements and ensure compliance with employment laws and work visas.
• Update HR policies, collaterals, and procedures regularly.
• Monitor and optimize HR services to meet service level agreements.
• Support audits, compliance testing, and regulatory inspections.
• Participate actively in Digital Transformation initiatives for HR Shared Services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 Years HR Working Experience in Banks.
