HR Executive (1 Year, Up To $4k) #HYNA - Part-Time

The Contract Executive, Talent Acquisition supports the organisation's recruitment needs by identifying, attracting, assessing, and engaging high-calibre talent. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate evaluation, and close collaboration with hiring stakeholders to build a strong talent pool that meets both current and future workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development

• Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
• Conduct proactive talent searches, market mapping, and sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for key roles and future hiring needs.
• Engage both active and passive candidates to assess their interest, suitability, and alignment with current and upcoming opportunities.

Candidate Assessment and Selection

• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements, competencies, and organisational needs.
• Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, cultural fit, and role suitability.
• Provide hiring managers with quality candidate recommendations based on comprehensive assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, candidate sourcing, or assessment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
