HR Generalist (6 Months Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers on HR matters including performance management, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning.
• Provide HR guidance and support aligned with business objectives and people strategies.
• Lead and support regional HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams on talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, rewards, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support organisational change, transformation, and business growth initiatives.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide recommendations to improve employee experience and business performance.
• Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are implemented effectively and in compliance with local requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Support HR systems enhancements, process reviews, and operational improvements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
