Job Description

• Coordinate end-to-end training activities including scheduling and logistics
• Maintain accurate training records and track completion across systems
• Prepare dashboards and reports to monitor training performance and KPIs
• Support onboarding and orientation programme coordination
• Manage vendor communications, invoicing, and budget tracking
• Provide operational support across employee lifecycle and initiatives
• Assist in audit documentation, compliance reporting, and projects

The Successful Applicant

• Has 2 years of experience in L&D, HR operations, or administrative coordination
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient MS Office and HRIS workday
