HR Intern - Part-Time

Job Description

This internship will provide you with valuable learning experience by working closely with FPG Talent Acquisition Team (TA) in the various projects and activities. Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in stakeholder management, recruitment operations and reporting. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the talent acquisition process within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. These skills will be beneficial for building a professional portfolio and advancing in the HR field.  

Key responsibilities

• Assisting the recruitment of frontliner roles across FairPrice Group, particularly in the Food Services and Retail Business sectors
• Screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels
• Interview and coordinate selection assessments
• Organize and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc.
• Tracking of candidate status using Application Tracking System (ATS)
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects to enhance work efficiency

Job Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner able to adapt in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to take a hands-on approach to HR tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data tracking and reporting.
• Comfortable interacting and collaborating with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Ideally available for a 6-month commitment.
