Job Description - HR Management Trainee - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities
Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Ensure office pantry and supplies are adequately stocked and organised
Liaise with vendors for office and administrative needs
Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events
Support leave tracking, attendance records, and other HR operational matters
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the HR team

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
