Job Description - Hr Officer - Part-Time

Company Overview

Representing the Group of Companies in recruitment, talent sourcing, and succession planning to support organizational growth and workforce development.

Job Summary

Join as an HR & Accounts Executive to gain hands-on experience in HR and Accounting while leveraging AI tools and Microsoft Excel in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist with recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to support talent acquisition.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reference.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records to support HR administrative functions.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Accounting

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records to support accounting operations.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to facilitate financial analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and provide other accounting support as needed.

General

  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Execute additional HR, accounting, and administrative duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer with reliable high-speed internet connection.

  • 100% Remote / Work From Home

🕘 Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
