Job Description - HR Officer - Temp - Part-Time

  1. HR Operations & Administration
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, contract renewals and other HR correspondence.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Update employee information in the Info-Tech HRMS and other HR databases.
  • Maintain HR trackers, work pass records and contract expiry records.
  • Support employee documentation requests and general HR administrative activities.

2.Payroll & HR Data Support

  • Assist in payroll data cleansing, validation and record maintenance.
  • Support payroll data preparation for the migration from iREP to Info-Tech HRMS.
  • Assist in payroll reporting, reconciliations and data verification.
  • Update payroll-related records and employee movement information.
  • Support payroll documentation and payroll administration activities..

3.Recruitment Operations

  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Prepare interview and employment documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Support recruitment administration for project mobilisation and business requirements.
  • Assist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities..

4.General Support

  • Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives and system implementation activities as assigned.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and records.
  • Coordinate document retrieval for audit, compliance and management review purposes.
  • Perform other HR operational duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Studies or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
