Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR Operations & Talent Acquisition
1+1 Contract + Completion Bonus

Salary: $7,500 - $8,000
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm
Working Location: Esplanade Mall

Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse mix of roles spanning precinct management, corporate functions, operations and seasonal staffing.

Actively source talent through job portals, professional networks and career fairs

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, manage interview coordinates and guide candidates through the onboarding pipeline.

Ensure an efficient, professional and welcoming interview process that reflects the company’s core brand mission & values.

Design and execute a seamless onboarding checklist from background checks and equipment issuance to conducting first-day orientations.

Assist the Head of HR in drafting, implementing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies and employee handbooks.

Maintain and update employee records with high accuracy, support the implementation or optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Serve as the 1st point of contact for day-to-day employee queries regarding leave, benefits, HR policies and manage standard offboarding workflows.

Ensure all HR practices, employment contracts and statutory submissions align with local labour laws (e.g., Employment Act, CPF, TAFEP).
