Our client from the Government Sector is seeking an HR Operations Executive to support the Human Resource Division. This role offers valuable exposure to HR operations, payroll administration, HR systems and process improvement initiatives. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Support the HR Service Partner and Performance Management teams in day-to-day HR operations.
Process HR transactions accurately and within service timelines.
Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate record keeping in HR systems.
Support payroll billing administration and conduct post-payment audits for staff medical claims.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and government agencies to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience will have an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
