HR Specialist | 6 Months Contract | MNC

📍 Location: Guoco Midtown (Nearest MRT: Bugis)
📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months (Mid Jul 2026 Start)
💰 Salary: Up to S$3,600
No experience required as training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

✅ Support HR projects and transition activities through data collation, documentation tracking, and coordination

✅ Manage HR operational processes including:

• Employee records management
• Onboarding and offboarding administration
• HR documentation updates

✅ Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and project logistics

✅ Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information

✅ Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc HR initiatives

✅ Review and benchmark HR policies against local employment legislation and identify areas requiring updates
