Position: Human Resource Employee Support Executive

Location: Raffles

Salary: Up to $5400

Job Description:

• Manage onboarding admin, including screenings and offer letters.
• Handle post-employment screenings and staff movements.
• Administer work pass applications and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure timely document storage and provide prompt responses.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in Banking Sector.
• Understand the Employment Act.
• Show initiative, attention to detail, and organization.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to new HR technologies willingly.
