Support recruitment strategies to attract and grow the sales force.

Organise and coordinate recruitment campaigns, events, and engagement activities.

Work closely with business development and training teams to support recruitment and onboarding initiatives.

Monitor recruitment performance and prepare reports to track recruitment goals and outcomes.

Support initiatives to retain and develop existing sales leaders and representatives.

Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates from various talent segments.

Perform administrative and operational support for recruitment and business development activities.
