We are looking for an HR Intern to support various HR functions. This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to gain practical experience in human resources while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, HR letters, induction materials, and exit documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel filing (physical and digital).
- Support performance review coordination, communications, and tracking of submissions.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR projects.
- Support training coordination, record-keeping, and attendance tracking.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendar
