This is a 6-month contract role under Optimum Solutions.
This role supports our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp that offers a wide range of services, including mobility, food delivery, and digital payments.
Work Schedule and Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
The Core Objectives
• Support the design, documentation, and operationalization of Performance Management policy and process
details, including manager guidance, FAQs, process playbooks, and implementation materials.
• Partner with internal People teams to design and coordinate enablement programs, training materials,
stakeholder reviews, and communications for managers and employees.
• Support the annual engagement survey cycle, including survey design, administration, response monitoring,
reporting, analysis, and preparation of leadership-ready insights.
Qualifications:
Must-Have
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or related fields.
• Experience supporting the implementation of a Performance Management system and administration of an annual engagement survey is required.
• Strong project/program coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, documentation,
and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare concise materials, summaries, reports, and stakeholder-ready outputs.
Nice-to-Have
• Prior experience supporting performance management, talent review, employee listening, engagement surveys,
or large-scale HR program rollouts.
• Comfortable working with survey data, reporting outputs, spreadsheets, and basic analysis to identify themes
and insights.
• Experience working in a fast-paced regional or matrixed organization, ideally partnering with cross-functional People/HR stakeholders.
