Recruiter - Part-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate database.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

At least 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales experience preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in the recruitment or employment agency industry is an advantage.
