Recruitment Associate (Temp) - Part-Time

• Experience the full recruitment process from sourcing to placements 

• Hands-on experience on identifying a suitable candidate for a role 

• Honing your communication skills from interacting with job applicants  

• Gaining knowledge on Singapore’s Employment Act through posting of appropriate job ads on various platforms  
  

Working Hours & Location

• Work location: Orchard 

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job description:  

• Posting of job advertisements to source for suitable candidates 

• Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates to be surfaced to clients 

• Provide HR administrative support on the onboarding and off-boarding of candidates  

• Liaise and coordinate with candidates on work arrangements  

• Work towards achieving Key Performance Targets in a fast paced environment 

Who we are looking for:  

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma  

• A goal driven individual who works well in a fast-paced environment  

• Driven and ambitious individuals with a hunger to learn  

• Proactive, communicative and enjoys a collaborative work environment 

• Able to commit for minimally 3 months
