AIM Global Talent is a Singapore-based recruitment and HR consulting firm supporting clients across technology, engineering, and corporate functions.
We are looking for freelance recruiters to support candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment delivery for ongoing hiring projects. This is a commission-based role with no business development responsibilities.

Opportunity to work on a variety of roles across technology, engineering, and volume hiring projects.
Candidate Sourcing: proactively source candidates through job portals,referrals, and other recruitment platforms and channels
Resume Screening: Review and assess candidate applications against hiring requirements. Conduct initial qualification checks and shortlist suitable candidates.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct phone screenings and introductory interviews. Assess candidate motivation, availability, compensation expectations, and suitability.
Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular follow-ups.
Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation. Prepare candidate summaries and provide timely updates to the internal team.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, or HR-related functions.
CEI Certification: A valid CEI certification is required. Candidates who do not currently hold a CEI certification must be willing to obtain it prior to undertaking recruitment activities.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Comfortable conducting screening calls and managing multiple candidates simultaneously.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support cross-border hiring activities and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking candidates and clients.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is a freelance, commission-only engagement with no fixed salary.
Compensation is based solely on successful placements and project outcomes. Total earnings will depend on individual performance, project participation, and the number of successful hires delivered.
